· Articulate and institutionalize standards for clinical service delivery and quality of care, and ensure their implementation at all service delivery points of FPAB including quality of medical equipment, clinical supplies, medicines and contraceptives to be procured
· Develop/update training manuals, and organize clinical and counseling training on Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and ensure that service providers meet national standards
· Develop commercially viable high quality training packages on SRH for service providers and other international/national/government organizations
· Develop innovative ideas or intervention models and research-oriented initiatives for enhancing the delivery of medical/clinical services
· Provide the Executive Director with data/information on relevant approaches/issues/options
· Establish and maintain liaison with relevant professional governmental and non- governmental bodies and stakeholders, and represent the organization in various external forums
· Uphold the values, ethics and culture of the organization
Management Arrangements: The Director Program will work under the direct supervision and general guidance of the Executive Director.
Qualifications and Experience:
· MBBS degree and Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH)
· Minimum 10 years’ experience of working in the field of reproductive health & rights and family planning services out of which a minimum of 3 years should be as part of a senior management team
· Experience in successfully planning, designing, implementing, managing and coordinating projects/programmes/activities in the reproductive health and family planning sector
· Awareness of cross-cutting issues such as gender, culture, race and religion
· Understanding of sexual and reproductive health and rights issues would be considered an asset
· Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
· Excellent computer skills
Position: Director - Finance
Major Responsibilities:
· As a member of the Senior Management Team, contribute to the building of FPAB into an outstanding service delivery institution
· Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, carry the overall responsibility for the Finance Department of FPAB
· Coordinate, monitor and review the operations of the Finance Department in terms of
o Quality
o Performance (impact)
o Outreach
o Deployment and utilization of resources
o Development of people
o Deployment and stabilization of systems and processes
o Delivery of programmes/services
· Visualize, plan and guide systems and processes for effective implementation of finance functions
· Ensure smooth functioning of the day to day financial activities
· Prepare strategic plans, Annual Program Budget (APB), project budget and financial forecasts
· Ensure timely submission of different donor reports and NGO Affairs Bureau Reports
· Prepare Treasurer’s Speech for the Annual General Meeting, and prepare different financial reports for National Executive Committee and governing body meetings
· Ensure annual auditing by external auditors
· Prepare monthly budget utilization report and variance analysis
· Allocate budget to 21 branches of FPAB, and collect and consolidate all financial reports from the branches
· Work closely with other departments of FPAB in preparing budget and budget narratives for different project proposals
· Ensure proper maintenance of all kinds of vouchers, financial records and books
· Ensure appropriate posting of financial transactions and vouchers in the tally software
· Provide regular mentoring support to all members of the Finance Department
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
· Establish and maintain liaison with relevant professional and financial governmental and non-governmental bodies and stakeholders, and represent the organization in various external forums
· Uphold the values, ethics and culture of the organization

Qualifications and Experience:
· Master’s degree in Commerce, or Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Financial Management/Accounting
· Degree in Chartered Accountancy
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in relevant field out of which a minimum of 3 years should be as part of a senior management team
· Broad and in-depth knowledge of financial management and budgeting
· Familiarity with Government rules and regulations regarding nonprofit organizations, associations, federations etc.
· Sound knowledge of generally accepted accounting and audit principles, fixed assets, inventory management etc.
· Good knowledge of contemporary computerized systems in the field of financial management
· Financial report writing skills
· Awareness of cross-cutting issues such as gender, culture, race and religion
· Understanding of sexual and reproductive health and rights issues would be considered an asset
· Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
· Excellent computer skills
